Teens Count

About Us

Founded in 2001, Teens Count is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization for youth interested in the performing arts – dedicated to providing rewarding experiences that build character and self-esteem.  Teens Count strives to foster positive influences and opportunities for teenagers (ages 12-19).

Teens Count strives to foster a relaxed and creative atmosphere where young artists are free to try new approaches and techniques in a supportive environment.  We are dedicated to creating an exciting, challenging, and enjoyable place where youth are encouraged to reach their highest potential.

Recognizing that each child is unique, we feel the need to integrate their life and their work.  In order to meet different needs, we are committed to facilitating a supportive environment for youth to explore their potential for careers in the performing arts through our workshop programs, special events, and after-school activities.  Teens Count is committed to creating a culture/environment that enables youth to focus on their particular areas of interest and have fun doing it.

Our mission is to provide rewarding experiences for youth that are interested in the performing arts with training, encouragement, and developmental programs.  We recognize that our children are our most important resource, and work to provide training and direction that build character and self esteem.
